Production Timeframes

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to source your gemstone and create your 3D CAD design, so we can ensure every detail is carefully tailored to your piece. *If your chosen gemstone is available from our collection, you’ll receive images within 1-2 business days. If we need to source your gemstone especially for you, please allow 3-5 business days for images to be provided.*

Our standard production timeframe for current designs is 40–50 business days (approximately 8–10 weeks).

For complete custom pieces, including wedding and engagement rings, we recommend allowing 12 weeks to ensure every detail is crafted to perfection.

Shipping & Delivery

*As part of our sustainability plan, we make each ring individually for each owner upon order confirmation. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your ring to be made and shipped depending where you are located. Our rings are made and finished by hand and then shipped internationally from Australia. Express orders are available with a fee.*
