Shipping policy

Cavetta wants you to receive your order as quickly & as safely as possible. We utilise Australia Post's Express service to ship your orders within Australia and DHL internationally. 

Cavetta is working towards shipping completely worldwide, but for now, we offer shipping to the countries below:

Shipping within Australia can take 1-4 business days for metro areas and 2-8 business days for regional areas + Western Australia & Northern Territory, pending any unforeseen delays.

Our international shipping can take 4-14 business days, pending any unforeseen delays. Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country and we recommend checking with your customs department for estimates on what these may be. We are not responsible for any further charges that are specific to your country. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number where you can follow your parcels progress.
