How much does shipping cost?

Cavetta uses Australia Post Express to ship within Australia and internationally. For our Australian orders, we offer free shipping and our international orders have a flat rate of $50.

Where does Cavetta offer shipping to?

For now, Cavetta offers shipping to a large number of countries including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Fiji, the United Kingdom, UAE and the United States of America. Please contact our team if you are outside of these locations to see what we can do for you.

Made to Order

How does Made to Order work?

Once you have chosen your desired ring and the correct size & metal, proceed to checkout and follow the steps. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed/received and information outlining the timeframes of the making of your Cavetta ring. Once your Cavetta ring has been completed, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number inside.

What are the timeframes for ‘Made to Order’ rings?

Your Cavetta ring can take 4 to 6 weeks to create + regular shipping times afterwards. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. An express option is available with a fee.

How do I obtain my ring size?

Cavetta offers ring sizers and guides for you to measure your desired finger at home. Please see the 'Sizing' link on how to find your ring size. If you have any concerns, we recommend going to your local jeweller to get your correct size.

Returns

Does Cavetta offer refunds or returns?

Cavetta does not offer refunds or store credits for change of mind or size indifference. Cavetta re-measures each ring before it is sent to its forever home. Due to each ring being sized specifically for the customer, we will not offer a return.

If you experience any tarnishing within your first week of owning and wearing your Cavetta ring, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Your Cavetta ring will pass through our quality control team before being safely packed into a ring box and padded packaging. If, however, you receive your ring with any faults, scratches or marks, please reach out to us via email with photos as soon as possible.

Cleaning

How do I clean my Cavetta Ring?

Our Cavetta rings are made to need minimal cleaning. However, a gentle scrub with soap and a soft tooth brush will do the job, use a polishing cloth after for extra detail and shine.
