Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to source your gemstone and create your 3D CAD design, so we can ensure every detail is carefully tailored to your piece. *If your chosen gemstone is available from our collection, you’ll receive images within 1-2 business days. If we need to source your gemstone especially for you, please allow 3-5 business days for images to be provided.*

Our standard production timeframe for current designs is 40–50 business days (approximately 8–10 weeks).

For wedding rings and fully custom commissions, allow 12 weeks.
