As we only source natural grown sapphires and natural precious gems for our rings, we can't promise the colour will be exactly the same as the image provided. We will do our best to match and source the gem best for your piece. This means every ring will be a true 1 of 1 containing its very own one of a kind natural grown gem. We will get your approval of the gem before we set it to ensure your confidence.

Accepting Deposits:
If you would like to pay in 2 separate payments, make your first 50% payment using code "50%DEPOSIT" at checkout to get your order started, then pay the remaining 50% when your ring has been handmade and is ready to ship. 

Engravings:
We can add a personal engraving to either the face or inside of the ring depending on your choice. Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email from contact@cavetta.com to ask & confirm if you would like any personal engravings on your ring.

Sustainability:
As part of our sustainability plan, we make each ring individually for each owner upon order confirmation.

Shipping:
Please allow 4–6 weeks for us to handcraft and deliver your ring + an additional 1 week of processing time if you have purchased an Australian gem. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is successfully placed. This email will include important details about the order timeline and what to expect next as we craft your 1 of 1 Cavetta ring.

3. Track Your Creation: Crafting your personalised Cavetta ring takes precision and care, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way. Once your ring is ready and has passed our quality checks, you will receive a second email—this time with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Follow the link provided to track the journey of your Cavetta ring as it makes its way to you.
