Production Timeframes

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to source your gemstone and create your 3D CAD design, so we can ensure every detail is carefully tailored to your piece. *If your chosen gemstone is available from our collection, you’ll receive images within 1-2 business days. If we need to source your gemstone especially for you, please allow 3-5 business days for images to be provided.*

Our standard production timeframe for current designs is 40–50 business days (approximately 8–10 weeks).

For complete custom pieces, including wedding and engagement rings, we recommend allowing 12 weeks to ensure every detail is crafted to perfection.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your Cavetta order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your express tracking number inside. 

Shipping within Australia can take 1-4 business days for metro areas and 2-8 business days for Western Australia & Northern Territory, pending any unforeseen delays.
