Solid gold, and why we won't make anything else
A wedding band gets worn every day for the rest of your life, through salt water, gym sessions and school runs. Plated and filled rings don't survive that - the surface wears through and the ring you promised forever in starts to look borrowed. Solid gold wears in rather than out: scratches polish away, the colour never changes because the colour goes all the way through, and in fifty years it can be refinished to look like the day it was made.

Getting the shape right
Most wedding band decisions are about feel, not looks: how wide, how thick, flat or rounded, how it sits next to an engagement ring. A band that's right on paper can still feel wrong on the hand, which is why we talk these choices through rather than sell from a chart. Bands for both of you
Many couples come to us together - a wider, heavier band for him, a finer band for her, often curved or fitted to sit flush against her engagement ring. Making both at the same time means the carat and colour match exactly, because they come from the same gold. If you have something particular in mind, that's bespoke work, and it's most of what we do.
If a plain band isn't you
Some grooms skip the plain band entirely and wear a signet as their wedding ring - one ring, the family's crest, worn for life. And a plain band doesn't have to stay plain: engraving turns the inside of a band into something only the two of you know about.

We talk through design, carat, width and budget, you approve the final design, and your bands are made to order and delivered ready for the day.
